It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all items upon receipt. You must notify us of any breakage or damages that occurred during transit within three business days. Defective products usually need to be returned prior to receiving a replacement product and will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Returns for these products are subject to our standard return policy outlined below. Non-Commercial Returns: CoffeeMakersDelight.com offer you the confidence of ordering your non-commercial Coffee Maker, Espresso Machine or Cappuccino Machine knowing you may return your purchase for a full refund less our shipping costs, providing you follow our returns guidelines. In the event that you do find you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email your request for return instructions. Do not return any products without first having received instructions. No Returns will be accepted without an authorized RA (Return Authorization) number. Returns on non-commercial items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. Commercial Returns: We do include some of the more inexpensive commercial Coffee Makers, Espresso Machines and Cappuccino Machines in our range at CoffeeMakersDelight.com as we believe that they do have a place in the kitchen ‘At Home’. However, the return of these items fall under the purchase and return conditions of commercial Coffee Makers, Espresso Machines and Cappuccino Machines. All items that are considered ‘commercial’ have that indicated on their product page. Unfortunately, these commercial Coffee Makers, Espresso Machines and Cappuccino Machines are not covered by the 100% Money Back Guarantee. In the event that you do find you are not satisfied with your purchase of a commercial product, please email your request for return instructions. Do not return any products without first having received instructions. No Returns will be accepted without an authorized RA (Return Authorization) number. Returns on commercial items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card less up to 25% re-stocking fee and minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. Return Guidelines: Return Authorization (RA) numbers are issued by our Customer Service Department. Please email your request for a Return Authorization number. We do urge you to register your product with the manufacturer. We make every effort to ensure that the information given on our site is accurate and timely. However, we may make the occasional typing error. Once discovered we will correct any typing errors immediately. We will, however, notify you of any piece of information that is incorrect prior to shipping and ask you to confirm your order. Product specifications do change from time to time and when they do, they are subject to change without notification. We apologise in advance for when this happens. We also try to be accurate when indicating that a product may be out of stock and only purchased on backorder. Most of the machines we sell are tested at the manufacturer. Due to this testing you might find residual coffee or water on or in your new Coffee Maker, Espresso Machine or Cappuccino Machine. Most manufacturers will include a small sheet of paper stating this. We definitely sell new machines only. Back Order Policy CoffeeMakersDelight.com will always endeavor to ship your order within 24 hours of the order being placed. However, because the Coffee Makers, Espresso Machines and Cappuccino Machines we offer at CoffeeMakersDelight.com are very popular there will be occasions where the item you ordered will be out of stock, probably because another customer’s order placed ahead of yours depleted our stock on hand. We do apologize if this happens to you. We will contact you advising you that we have placed your order on backorder and of any alternative action you may take. Please keep in mind, most such items are re-stocked within 3 – 10 days, and any backorders are satisfied before any new orders are shipped. However, we will keep you up-to-date on the status of your backordered item. Shipping Policy No Sales Tax will be charged on any item or shipping. We are committed to processing your order as quickly as possible. Because of this, we ship all orders that are not backordered within 48 hours or less. Orders are usually shipped via UPS Ground and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS zone. In most cases it is 5 – 10 business days from the day the order was placed. When calculating the arrival date of your purchase, please remember that UPS shipping days are normal business days, and do not include weekends and public holidays. If you require your Coffee Maker, Espresso Machine or Cappuccino Machine in a specific time frame, then please select an Express shipping option. Any item that is ‘out of stock’ will be backordered and will be shipped immediately it arrives in our warehouse. We will contact you to advise you of this situation, if it arises. If you order an item on backorder and an item that is in stock, we will ship your complete order when both items are available. If, however, you wish to have the item that is available now shipped straight away, then additional shipping charges may apply and you will need to contact us at CustomerService@CoffeeMakersDelight.com to make the arrangements. Occasionally circumstances beyond our control may require extra shipping time, such as holiday seasons, large orders, special orders and out of stock items. We apologise if this causes you any inconvenience. We ship using UPS so we can deliver to Mainland USA, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. Our default method is ground shipping, but you may choose from one of the other shipping speeds that UPS offer. Shipping charges are calculated on the weight of the package and where they are being shipped to. The costs are calculated at the time of placing your order based on current information from the UPS. If the UPS website not be functioning when you place your order, then you experience some delay in the calculation of the shipping charge and the charge will show as $0.00. You will still be able to place your order, but the shipping charges will be added when your order is shipped. If you use priority shipping, you may find that the charges are more than was indicated due to the shipping box size. We will contact you for authorization if actual shipping charges are greater than shown. To find out how much the shipping costs will be on an item, add it to your shopping cart and start the check out process. You do not need to complete the order but you will need to enter the ship to address for the shipping costs to be calculated. Damaged Goods Policy When you shipment arrives, please examine all the packaging carefully for any damage. If you notice any damage from shipping, please fill out a complaint form with the person delivering the package and then contact us at CustomerService@CoffeeMakersDelight.com to report the damage. Do please make the complaint with UPS as soon as you notice that the package is damaged. DO NOT USE THE MACHINE. You must contact us within 5 business days of receipt of your order. Ensure that you keep all the packaging materials (box, shipping labels, packing material etc) because the shipper will come and inspect the packaging. Of course, if you notice the package is damaged while you are receiving the parcel, please insist on opening the parcel in front of the delivery person and make sure they take a note of the damage.
