All warranty issues must be dealt with directly through the manufacturer with whom the warranty is held. Allocation of shipping and handling charges lies with the discretion of the manufacturer with whom the warranty is held. Shipping & handling is non-inclusive of warranty.

Most of the machines we sell are tested at the manufacturer. Due to this testing you might find residual coffee or water on or in your new Coffee Maker, Espresso Machine or Cappuccino Machine. Most manufacturers will include a small sheet of paper stating this. We sell new machines only.
