UPS What happens if my Coffee Maker, Cappuccino Machine or Espresso Machine doesn’t work properly? 1. First make sure you are operating it according to the manufacturers instructions. 2. Do not try and fix it yourself. 3. Follow the instructions in our Returns Policy for if you think that your machine doesn’t work properly. 4. Check the warranty for your brand / machine at our Warranty page. 5. If you are still unsure, please email CustomerService@CoffeeMakersDelight.com Can I change or cancel my order? We are committed to processing your order as quickly as possible. Because of this, we ship all orders that are not backordered within 24 hours or less. So, once an order has been placed it is usually not possible to stop that order being delivered. However, please send an email to CustomerService@CoffeeMakersDelight.com or phone 619-573-9826 and we will make every effort possible to try and stop delivery and so be in a position to cancel your order. Will I be charged sales Tax? No. How do I know what my model number is? Where do I find it? The model or type number can be found on the bottom of most Coffee Makers, Espresso Machines and Cappuccino Machines. What payment methods do you accept? Visa, Mastercard without Paypal account or Visa, Mastercard American Express, JCB and more if you have a PayPal account. Why is there coffee or water in my Espresso Machine / Cappuccino Machine? Most of the machines we sell are tested at the manufacturer. Due to this testing you might find residual coffee or water on or in your new Coffee Maker, Espresso Machine or Cappuccino Machine. Most manufacturers will include a small sheet of paper stating this. We sell new machines only. How soon will my order arrive? All order are processed within 24 hours. Depending on where you are located, shipping may take somewhere form 3 - 7 days. This will also depend on the method of shipping that you chose. Do you only ship to street addresses? Yes.
